Description
The manipulators are designed for transportation of rods with parts or drum carriages by technological positions. Type of transport system is selected according to processing requirements: load capacity, size and location of the electroplating line. The manipulators are equipped with current leads for implementing the rotation of the drum during transportation of the drum carriage. To ensure correct and safe operation and accurate positioning, each operator is equipped with a system of sensors:
- Engaging of the position
- Stopping the tray
- Carriage stop
- Laser distance sensor
- Collision sensors, when using two or more manipulators on one line
