Drying cabinets with forced ventilation or convection are used in various sectors and industries where there is a need for implementation of technological process involving the temperature from +5°C above ambient to +500°C.
Cabinet design is a welded frame on which are mounted the working chamber (heating chamber), the door (one or two), insulation material and external cladding. The working chamber is made of stainless steel. For alignment of the temperature gradient (even heat distribution) a system of convection is provided, which ensures even heating of the entire volume of the working chamber. The design of the doors provides a reliable insulation of the heating chamber while minimizing loss of temperature. As the insulation material we use slabs of stone wool based on rocks of basalt group, which provide reliable protection of the skin against overheating and loss of temperature.
