INTELLIGENT DOSING PUMP WITH SOLENOID DRIVE

The EML dosing pump is a new version of a solenoid diaphragm pump with microprocessor control and variable frequency. It features all the characteristics of the MLS models, with additional Modbus 485 control and an advanced display screen. Your new intelligent solenoid dosing pump EML from WRS has a nominal flow rate of 1–20 L/h, with a corresponding maximum outlet pressure of 10–1 bar. The pump’s output can be adjusted according to the pulse frequency switch. It offers a simple structure, low power consumption, precise measurement, and a new screen display for an electromagnetic diaphragm dosing pump.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Before starting the pump, ensure:

  • The power supply matches the pump specifications (1Ph 240V 50Hz or 1Ph 110V 60Hz).
  • All connections are tight and leak‑free.
  • The fluid type and viscosity are within the specified range (0.3–1000 cps).
  • Ambient temperature is within –10 ℃ to +45 ℃.
  • For outdoor use, the pump is protected from rain and direct sunlight.

To adjust the flow rate:

  • Press the SET button to enter the configuration mode.
  • Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the desired flow rate (1–20 L/h).
  • Confirm the setting by pressing SET again.

MAINTENANCE

  • Regularly inspect the diaphragm for wear or damage (recommended every 6 months).
  • Clean the inlet and outlet valves to prevent clogging.
  • Check the tightness of all connections periodically.
  • Ensure the pump head material is compatible with the fluid being pumped.
  • Store the pump in a dry place when not in use.

WARRANTY

The EML dosing pump comes with a 12‑month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.



TROUBLESHOOTING
